Job Description

We're looking for a General Manager to lead The Island Cafe of Port Aransas! We need someone with solid restaurant management experience who's also comfortable jumping into the kitchen when needed because in hospitality, flexibility is everything. Salary is negotiable based on experience. About the

Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth serviceManage staff scheduling, training, and team performanceHandle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationshipsStep into the kitchen to cook and support the team when coverage is neededMaintain quality standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for guestsManage financials and work toward business goals
