Job Type:
Full-Time Salary Management Position Overview B&B Theatres is seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to oversee our location in Red Oak, TX. As the leader of our multi-venue entertainment concept, this complex spans premium cinema screens, full-service food and beverage at Sterling's, bowling, an arcade, and interactive event spaces. As General Manager, you will serve as the chief operational leader, driving venue profitability, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, mentoring a multi-department team across cinema, dining, and entertainment, and executing high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations across all venue concepts: cinema auditoriums, restaurant/bar operations, bowling, arcade, and event spaces.
Financial Performance:
Own overall venue profitability, including labor management, inventory control, cost of goods, and revenue growth strategies.
Team Development:
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor department managers and hourly staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, guest retention, and accountability.
Guest Experience:
Ensure execution of customer service standards, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and event execution.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce local health codes, TABC alcohol safety compliance, venue guest policies, and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience overseeing complex, multi-unit or high-volume venue operations (e.g., family entertainment centers, cinema-eateries, high-volume dining complexes, or resort hospitality venues).
F&B Expertise:
Strong operational knowledge of full-service food and beverage, inventory management, labor optimization, and beverage cost controls.
Leadership:
Proven track record of developing cross-functional management teams and building positive workplace cultures.
Business Acumen:
Demonstrated capability managing P&L statements, labor scheduling, guest retention metrics, and facility maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
$80,000 / year
