Hiring Quickly What You'll Do:

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance Hire, train, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams Build a positive, energetic, and accountable culture Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and food quality Take ownership of the business and lead from the floor

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant High-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Proven success managing P&L performance and driving results Passion for hospitality, operations, and people development Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills Stable work history and career progression preferred
