Applicant must have high volume, casual dining experience and strong leadership skills. We are seeking a leader that is passionate about the restaurant industry and understands the importance of making work fun and challenging for their staff. Applicants must be competition-driven, hardworking individuals and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a full service restaurant. Strong sales building skills, profit and loss control and a commitment to people development and training is a must. Computer proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks, and POS knowledge is highly recommended. This management position will be focused on front-of-house operations, so people skills are paramount. Competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications of the applicant. Medical, Dental, Vision, obtainable quarterly bonuses, and paid time off.
  • Establish and meet top-line revenue objectives while meeting Cost of Goods Sold objectives, labor goals and strategic cost controls.
  • Control purchases and inventory by reviewing weekly results, evaluating COGS and labor reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve food quality and consistency standards
  • Write effective and efficient schedules for assigned department
  • Maintain outstanding operations by adhering to standard operating procedures; cleanliness, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
  • Meet restaurant and bar sales and cost objectives by selecting, orientating, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
