Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all shifts Manage and motivate staff through effective training, supervision, and development programs Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety Control inventory levels and manage food costs through precise inventory control practices Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions Implement shift management strategies to meet operational goals and customer expectations Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes excellent customer service and repeat business Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and inventory tracking Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary standards Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management to maximize profitability Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Ability to train staff effectively on food safety protocols, food handling, and service standards Experience with catering, banquet operations, bar management, or hotel hospitality is a plus Skilled in shift planning, staff scheduling, and managing restaurant operations under pressure Familiarity with food industry regulations related to health & safety standards Join us as a General Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
