Join the Team Bringing Authentic Greek Street Food to Tyler! Nick the Greek is looking for motivated, hands-on leaders to help launch and grow our newest restaurant in Tyler! We're hiring for a Front of House Manager . If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building strong teams, we'd love to meet you. Our current opening timeline is mid-October and we will likely fill this position by 10/01 with work beginning 10/05. This timeline is subject to change based on construction. What You'll Do Front of House Manager Lead daily front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Coach, train, and develop cashiers and front-line team members. Ensure speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are met. Handle guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and opening/closing procedures. This is a salaried position that requires a minimum of 45 hours in-store work per week. Qualifications Restaurant leadership experience required. Cook Line experience preferred for Back of House applicants. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation. Must be 18 years or older . Must be bi-lingual/Spanish speaking Open availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must live within 20 minutes of the restaurant (near Sam's Club in Tyler).
