Job Description

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for assisting in directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned. Build sales and exceed customer expectations Develop strong customer relationships and resolve complaints satisfactorily. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Train new and current employees on exceptional customer service and safety practices Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guests. Monitor weekly budget Participate in interviewing and hiring applicants. Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary process Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing programs, etc. Email and phone correspondence Administrative duties
Qualifications:
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities Multi-task and time management. Strong attention to details Able to motivate staff in all operational areas. Must have at least 2 Years of Full-Service Restaurant Experience - Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher-level positions. Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers, and vendors. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
