As the Assistant Manager, you are responsible for building the unique Freddy's team morale that's behind every exceptional guest experience. You're also responsible for critical business operations such as scheduling, product ordering, cost monitoring and recruitment. Your Restaurant Assistant Manager Benefits will include:
- Salary Range $45,000 - $48, 000 depending on experience.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Uphold Freddy's 3 pillars Quality, Hospitality, and Cleanliness everyday
- Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
- Support the development of a high performing restaurant team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
- Manage store inventory on a weekly basis
- Manage hiring and new hire training
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food cost and labor control
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Moderate Microsoft Office skills required
- Experience with scheduling and POS systems preferred
