The position is full-time and will report directly to the Director of Operations. The Food Truck Manager is responsible for direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the Alabama Sweet Tea Company food truck and our sister company, Frenchie's Hot Dog food truck located on the grounds of the Magnolia Market in Waco, TX. The primary objectives of the position are to serve customers with excellence, meet the financial goals of the owners and to protect the value and integrity of the property. The position requires a dynamic and experienced individual with proven sales and leadership experience.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the financial responsibilities and sales goals of the food truck.
• Manage the team schedule.
• Manage the inventory with the assistance of the Warehouse Manager.
• Identify and coordinate the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits of the food truck with the assistance of the Operations Director.
• Lead the marketing activities to ensure budgeted sales goals.
• Manage the staff at the food truck and warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Education
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Years of Experience
• Two years' prior experience in management.
• Certifications/Licensure
• Must have valid Driver's License and willing to obtain the necessary food handler's certifications.
• Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google suite.
• Other
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope.

Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups. Significant customer service experience.
