In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by fostering a positive team environment, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering outstanding food and service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock management, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures. Supervise kitchen activities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling, and quality control. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training programs, and performance evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Manage shift scheduling, labor costs, budgeting, and overall restaurant performance to meet financial targets. Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Ability to manage inventory control, food safety standards, and food production processes efficiently. Experience in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift operations. Knowledge of budgeting practices within the food industry along with strong organizational skills. Join us as a General Manager
