Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive House Manage r to assist with the day-to-day operation and upkeep of a private household. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable handling a variety of household responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform light household cleaning and tidying, including keeping common areas neat and organized. Wash, load, and unload dishes and maintain a clean kitchen. Handle household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting items away as needed. Empty household trash and recycling and take bins out for collection. Run household errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, returns, and purchasing household supplies. Coordinate and communicate with household vendors and service providers, including scheduling appointments and providing access when necessary. Assist with light meal preparation, such as preparing simple meals, washing and chopping ingredients, and basic kitchen cleanup. Monitor household supplies and restock items as needed. Help maintain an organized, comfortable, and well-functioning home. Communicate household needs, maintenance concerns, and upcoming appointments as appropriate. Handle household responsibilities with discretion and respect for the family's privacy. Perform other household duties and special projects as needed.
