RESTAURANT MANAGER
  • RESORT DINING $60,000 + On-Site Management Housing Included Full-Time Overview Lead a high-end resort dining operation focused on exceptional service, strong team culture, and consistent execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences. What You'll Do Run daily restaurant operations Lead, train, and develop staff Manage scheduling, hiring, and labor Maintain food quality, service, and safety standards Control inventory and costs Deliver excellent guest experiences What We're Looking For 2+ years restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with POS systems (Aloha, Micros preferred) Knowledge of food safety, inventory, and operations Passion for hospitality and team development Why Join Us Competitive salary On-site management housing included Growth opportunities High-end resort dining environment
