Monday-Thursday:

PM What You'll Do Lead & Develop:
Hire, train, and mentor team members with compassion and consistency. Coach with a compassionate accountability mindset, and conduct quarterly performance reviews to support growth at every level — including team members dedicated to drive-thru operations.Drive Financial Performance:
Manage inventory and purchasing with a fiscally minded approach. Execute budgets set by the executive team, respond proactively to shifts in sales and expenses, and identify creative strategies to grow revenue — including ensuring every drive-thru interaction delivers the same warmth and quality as our dining room — while protecting quality. Deliver anExceptional Guest Experience:
Build genuine relationships with guests across every touchpoint, from the dining room to the drive-thru window. Turn first-timers into regulars by ensuring every interaction — whether face-to-face or at the speaker — reflects the warmth and quality Gourmandise is known for. Actively seek feedback and translate it into meaningful improvements.Maintain Operational Excellence:
Lead by example on SOPs, quality standards, and service consistency across all channels. Partner closely with the Kitchen Manager/Chef de Cuisine to maintain quality across dine-in, carry-out, and drive-thru service. Drive-thru experience is a plus — familiarity with speed-of-service metrics, order accuracy, and lane flow management is valued.Manage Compliance & Safety:
Uphold all health department standards with high accountability. Oversee alcohol service compliance with local laws and regulations. Maintain a sharp focus on sanitation, safety, and security at all times — including in high-pace drive-thru environments.Build & Manage Your Team's Schedule:
Create staffing schedules that balance business needs — including drive-thru coverage — with team sustainability. You'll be supported by a FOH Manager and Team Leads, giving you the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life while staying committed to the restaurant's success.Strengthen Vendor & Stakeholder Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong communication with account managers, vendors, and key stakeholders. What You Bring 5-10 years of restaurant management experience; 3+ years as a General Manager or Senior Leader preferred Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with local liquor laws Proven ability to drive sales, meet financial goals, and manage to a budget High emotional intelligence — you lead with empathy and hold people accountable with care Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to develop people and delight guests across all service channels Comfort with technology and software (Toast, Google Workspace, HotSchedules, or similar) Stamina and availability for a 45-50 hour workweek with a flexible, open schedule Experience in a high-volume environmentBonus Points For:
