As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing future leaders, and driving the success of the restaurant. You'll partner closely with the General Manager to build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve business results. Salary:
$60,000
  • $65,000 annually
Potential Annual Bonus:
Up to $6,500 ($500 per period) What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift. Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met. Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics. Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations. Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders. Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience. Full-service restaurant experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A hands-on leader who leads by example. Growth mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma or GED.
