Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead our culinary team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an efficient and positive kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Open and prepare the kitchen and grill for daily operations. Review upcoming events and coordinate prep to support the team. Oversee and participate in daily prep work to maintain kitchen order. Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to ensure consistent improvement. Maintain food quality and uphold all kitchen procedures and standards. Manage weekly vendor orders (Sysco, Coke, Carpenter, etc.) and control inventory. Track and maintain cost of goods sold (COGS) within budget. Ensure POS system is updated with specials and menu changes. Lead new product development for menu innovation. Maintain, organize, and ensure proper functionality of kitchen equipment. Supervise cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen. Enforce health and safety compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to manage vendor relationships, orders, and inventory efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
