General Manager - Carl's Jr. Snow Star LP - Carl's Jr. Snow Star LP is looking for experienced, motivated General Managers to lead our Carl's Jr. restaurants. We are seeking strong leaders who can build great teams, deliver outstanding guest service, control restaurant operations, and create a positive, accountable workplace. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant, including: Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant team members and Shift Leaders Recruit and retain a strong, dependable team Build effective schedules based on sales and labor goals Deliver excellent guest service and address guest concerns quickly Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance Ensure all food safety logs, temperature books, operational charts, and required documentation are completed accurately Control labor, food cost, waste, inventory, and other controllable expenses Review restaurant sales and identify opportunities to grow the business Maintain proper inventory levels and complete inventory accurately and on time Ensure company policies, procedures, and Carl's Jr. operating standards are followed Prepare the restaurant for Operational Assessments, Quality Assessments, and other inspections Hold team members accountable while creating a respectful and positive work environment Work closely with the District Manager and Snow Star leadership team to achieve restaurant goals What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and results-driven Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Commitment to food safety and excellent guest service Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team when needed What Success Looks Like Our General Managers are expected to: Build and maintain a fully staffed restaurant Provide fast, friendly, accurate service Maintain strong food safety and cleanliness standards Meet labor and operational goals Reduce waste and control restaurant costs Develop future Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers Maintain strong guest satisfaction and online review scores Consistently execute Carl's Jr. standards Why Join Snow Star LP?
