What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a team to be crafting artisan pizzas and prepping top-tier ingredients like a pro Cooking up our signature pies with precision and speed Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation (we take it very seriously!) Teaming up with Front of House employees to get orders out fast and fresh Full Time hours can range from 32-40 hours per week (we make no guarantee of 40+) Managing a crew of 5-8 people including training, coaching, writing prep lists, placing orders, etc

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of kitchen management experience under your belt with a proven track record of success Solid to expert cooking know-how + solid food safety awareness Cool under pressure — you can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat A solid teammate who communicates and collaborates Flexible schedule (weekends and holiday availability a must)
