$42,000 annually Join Our Leadership Team McAlister's Deli in Sandy is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This position works closely with the General Manager to help ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while delivering outstanding food, hospitality, and service to every guest. The successful candidate will have meaningful responsibility and autonomy while working closely with the General Manager to maintain strong daily execution. Position Summary The Assistant General Manager serves as the General Manager's second-in-command and plays an important role in the daily operation of the restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines restaurant operations with administrative responsibilities. The position is intended for a dependable restaurant professional who can help lead the team, maintain standards, and keep essential systems running consistently.
