Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure outstanding customer service, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant management, including staffing, training, and development to ensure high-performance teams. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Supervise daily shift operations, including POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, cash handling, and customer service excellence. Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, hospitality management, and customer engagement. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, sales analysis, and cost control initiatives. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Strong background in food production, kitchen management, and supervising restaurant operations. Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through effective training & development initiatives. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and hospitality management. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and shift management in a restaurant environment. Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
