Bar Manager - All-Star Bowling & Entertainment +
Pins & Ales Overview:

All-Star Bowling & Entertainment and Pins & Ales is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead and elevate our high-energy beverage program and guest experience. If you're a hands-on bar leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to build and motivate a strong team, this is your chance to make an impact and grow with one of Utah's most exciting entertainment brands.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day bar operations across a high-volume environment Set and uphold high standards for guest service, beverage quality, and team performance Hire, train, schedule, and coach bartenders and bar staff to drive consistency and growth Ensure bar excellence through recipe adherence, drink quality, inventory control, and product rotation Drive revenue through strong bar execution, upselling, and elevated guest experiences Monitor labor, COGS, and key metrics to support financial performance Engage with guests to build loyalty, resolve concerns, and deliver standout experiences Foster a positive, hands-on, team-first culture where great service and fun go together Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards Partner with other department leaders to improve efficiency, accountability, and overall operations Set the tone for energy, professionalism, and a great atmosphere behind the bar What Makes You a
Great Fit:
2+ years of bartending and leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar/entertainment environments Strong presence behind the bar—comfortable leading in a high-volume, high-energy setting Proven ability to lead by example, hold teams accountable, and improve performance Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
