Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met. Manage POS systems such as
BRINK POS
to facilitate smooth transactions and accurate cash handling. Oversee inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Supervise and train staff on food production, customer service, shift management, and food safety protocols to foster a motivated and skilled team. Implement staff training programs focused on hospitality management, team leadership, and food industry best practices. Conduct hiring interviews, manage staffing schedules, and evaluate employee performance to maintain a high-performing team. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services when applicable to diversify revenue streams. Uphold brand standards across all areas of restaurant management including culinary quality, customer service, and ambiance. Experience Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a strong background in food service management. Extensive hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within the food industry. Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on team leadership and staff development. Familiarity with POS systems such as
BRINK POS
for efficient transaction processing. Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety compliance. Background in hotel or fine dining establishments is advantageous but not required; strong casual dining or catering experience is highly valued. Ability to lead diverse teams through training & development initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling across various culinary environments including bar & coffee service.
