General Manager Fun Land - Fairfax, VA Full-Time | Salaried Leadership Role The Opportunity We're looking for a proven General Manager to lead one of our high-volume family entertainment centers. This is not a keep-the-seat-warm role. It's for a leader who wants real responsibility for a business and the freedom to move it forward. You'll lead a large team, own the operation day to day, and play a visible role in raising performance standards across the organization. What You'll Own This role leads the full operation, including: Sales growth and EBITDA performance Guest experience and operating standards Staffing, training, and leadership development Safety execution and accountability Daily financial performance and KPI management Building a strong bench of future leaders Culture, communication, and execution across all departments You'll typically lead a team of 40-80+ employees across attractions, food and beverage, games, and operations support. What We're Looking For The right candidate: runs a disciplined, high-energy operation understands how to drive both culture and performance builds leaders, not just schedules is comfortable owning numbers and expectations communicates clearly and leads from the floor, not the office takes pride in improving the business year over year This role has visibility and support from regional leadership and corporate partners, but success depends on local ownership and execution. Qualifications 5+ years managing multi-department operations Experience leading teams of 30+ preferred Comfortable working weekends and peak business periods Strong operational and financial awareness Authorized to work in the United States MBA or hospitality / entertainment leadership experience is a plus. Schedule Expectations Five-day work week Two of three weekend days regularly scheduled Two mid or closing shifts weekly Availability during holidays and peak seasons This is an on-site leadership role.
