Multi Unit General Manager

An Auntie Anne's Multi Unit General Manager (GM) leads daily store operations to ensure profitability, high product quality, and excellent guest service, often acting as a working manager. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and scheduling staff, managing inventory, maintaining brand standards, and achieving financial goals like labor and food cost targets.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Operational Leadership:

Directs daily operations, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation.

Financial Performance:

Manages store financial performance, controlling costs (labor, food, waste) and maximizing sales.

Staffing & Development:

Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and coaches team members.

Customer Experience:

Ensures high standards of service and product quality.

Administrative Duties:

Performs bank deposits, maintains inventory, manages equipment maintenance, and prepares reports.

Working Manager:

Regularly works on the front line with staff to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements Experience:

Requires previous food service experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team.

Availability:

Must be available for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
