$75k-$85k

Qualifications 4+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale restaurants Strong floor presence and passion for hospitality Experience managing high-volume service with attention to detail Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Mediterranean cuisine preferred Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations Actively manage the dining room floor to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Train, coach, and develop service staff and supervisors Assist in scheduling, labor management, and payroll oversight
