In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership skills will be essential in training staff, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Oversee food preparation and quality. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Control inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize restaurant profitability. Skills Proven experience in the retail or food service industry. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff training & development. Familiarity with hospitality management principles and customer service excellence. Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and budgeting processes a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high operational standards. Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing potential staff members and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
