Shift Manager Lead the crew and ensure smooth operations during your shift, making every customer's experience a great one!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate crew members to achieve performance goals. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Manage cash handling and daily paperwork. Train and develop crew members. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist the General manager as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or retail environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Reliable and punctual attendance. Problem solving skills . Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
