Full job description Come lead our team as an East of Maui Manager! We are looking for ambitious leaders to help run our store. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and has ambition to accelerate their career! Manager experience and Barista experience a plus.

Overview:

Support our staff by maintaining a positive culture that is consistent with our core values. Provide unparalleled and exceptional coffee and food service to our community. Ensure each employee supports this initiative on every shift.

Supervision:

Reports directly to owners. Supervises the team members of each shift.

General Job Functions:

Our managers do not manage from a distance but instead alongside employees in order to be more effective, resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and fix any problems as they arise. Working alongside other crew members allows our managers to teach others and lead by example. Ensure all operational procedures are followed by every team member on each shift. Make sure the shift runs smoothly, and that the store is left clean, organized, and properly prepared for the next shift. Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: • Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time. • Lifting a minimum 20 lbs. overhead
