$55,000 - $60,000Schedule:
40-45 hours per week We are currently sourcing a dedicated Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager for a premier full-service dining establishment in the Harrisonburg, VA area. This venue features a vibrant bar program and a high-quality menu. We are specifically looking for hospitality professionals with a strong background in casual-themed or chef-driven concepts. Key Responsibilities Direct daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless service. Manage, train, and develop the dining room and bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee bar operations, ensuring compliance with all local beverage regulations and maintaining inventory controls. Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally to maintain a positive dining environment. Collaborate with the back-of-house team to guarantee timely food delivery and quality control. Qualifications Proven management experience in a full-service restaurant environment, specifically within casual-themed or chef-driven concepts. Strong understanding of bar operations and beverage management. Excellent leadership communication skills, with a track record of building cohesive teams. Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting while maintaining strict attention to detail.
