MDV, PTO, bonus eligibility A full service hotel is looking for a great Banquet Manager to add to their team!Requirements:
2-3 years of previous Banquet Management experience within hotel operations Bilingual highly preferred: English and Spanish Strong administrative experienceResponsibilities:
Oversee the proper setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions, including creative table settings, coffee breaks, buffets, and other event requirements. Develop and implement policies and operational controls related to banquet service standards, food and equipment handling, safety, sanitation, and breakage. Build strong relationships with guests and meeting/function planners. Resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively, exercising sound decision-making and escalating food-related concerns to the hotel chef as appropriate.Benefits
