2+ Years of Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service casual dining scratch kitchen concept.
Some baking experience and working with dough would be very helpful
Must be proficient in delivering financial results.
Y ou need to be a culture builder that others follow and have e xperience leading 15+ team members
