Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of snack bar operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Operate POS system including cash and credit card handling Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all food handling activities. Monitor shift performance, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production, proper food presentation, and quality control. Skills Proven management experience within quick service or fast food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations. Expertise in POS system Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising, interviewing, and development. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform inventory control effectively. Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in shift management, kitchen operations, and food production within casual dining or banquet settings.
