Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen Downtown Leesburg, VA Are you ambitious, driven, full of energy — and ready to lead a scratch kitchen ? Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead our culinary team. This is a leadership role for someone who loves great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in their team. What You'll Do Lead daily kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen Prepare fresh ingredients and oversee proper food preparation and temperature control Communicate clearly with kitchen staff in English and Spanish Train, coach, and motivate the culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality food Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Manage kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and menu ideas Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Assist with interviewing and hiring kitchen staff Jump in and lead from the line during busy services What We're Looking For 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or culinary leadership experience (Casual dining or bar experience preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or strongly preferred Strong scratch-cooking background Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a kitchen team Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Familiarity with restaurant management systems Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Career-minded and looking for a long-term opportunity Why Work With Us Hands-on leadership role — not stuck behind a desk Positive, respectful, team-focused kitchen culture Opportunity to grow with an established, busy restaurant Supportive management that values its leaders If you're a Kitchen Manager ready to lead, create, and grow — apply today .
