Assistant Clubhouse Manager Brandermill Country Club - Midlothian, VA Join Our Team! Brandermill Country Club is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Clubhouse Manager to help lead our Food & Beverage and clubhouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys creating exceptional member experiences while leading a team in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. Position Summary The Assistant Clubhouse Manager works closely with the Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, restaurant, bar, banquet events, and member services. This position provides hands-on leadership, ensures outstanding customer service, and helps maintain the high standards our members have come to expect. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operation of the clubhouse, restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities. Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff while fostering a positive team environment. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met. Support planning and execution of member events, tournaments, weddings, and private functions. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the clubhouse. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food, beverage, and operating supplies. Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations. Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly. Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to provide a seamless member experience. Qualifications Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or country club management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
