Assistant General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant Reston, VA $70,000-$75,000 base + bonus Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | 50 Hours Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations, develop strong teams, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. This role is best suited for leaders who have prior restaurant management experience and are comfortable running shifts, coaching teams, and supporting financial and operational performance. If you have not previously held a restaurant management role, this position may not be the right fit at this time. What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations during service Coach, train, and develop team members to drive performance and retention Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control initiatives Ensure consistent execution of service, food quality, and cleanliness standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations What We're Looking For Required Minimum 3years of restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, AGM, Floor Manager, etc.) Experience working in a full-service, high-volume restaurant Proven ability to lead and supervise teams during service Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays College degree in hospitality, business, or related field (Preferred) Experience with labor management, inventory, and cost controls What We Offer Competitive salary: $70,000-$75,000 + bonus potential Work-life balance: 5-day work week, 50 hours Time off: 19 PTO days annually, 5 sick days, and 3 paid holidays (restaurants closed)
