Kitchen Manager / Float Reggio's Treehouse At Reggio's Treehouse, we believe education and play go hand in hand. We create a nurturing environment where curiosity drives learning and every child's voice is valued. Reggio's Treehouse is looking for an experienced and energetic person who enjoys thinking outside the box to join our team as a Childcare Cook / Float. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and dietary restrictions Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Collaborate with the management team to plan and prepare new snacks Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Adhere to all health and safety regulations Assist in classrooms to cover ratios and lunch breaks Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED equivalent Work experience in a licensed childcare facility or early childhood program Preferred Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Familiarity with menu planning and dietary restrictions Strong understanding of food safety practices Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) Employee discount Professional development assistance We invite you to submit your resume and learn more about Reggio's Treehouse, where education meets play.
