Key Skills and qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of vacation ownership principles, practices, and procedures, including HOA laws and regulations in the day-to-day management of the resort. Must possess and apply an extensive knowledge of financial principles and statements to review and analyze resort and HOA financial status. Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong financial competence and expertise in labor control and productivity standards. Ability to work with in-house personnel as well as third-party vendors in two subject areas: housekeeping and food and beverage. 5-7 years of prior General Manager experience. 5 years of management experience in a comparable property.
