We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining smooth, efficient restaurant service. Experience with Greek cuisine is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate. Position OverviewThe FOH Manager for Greek restaurant oversees all front-of-house operations, ensures exceptional guest service, leads and supports the service team, and upholds Kephi's standards for hospitality. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and support team members Maintain a welcoming, professional dining environment and ensure guests receive timely, attentive service Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and table flow Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in all guest-facing areas Manage POS systems, cash handling, shift reports, and accuracy of transactions Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for FOH team members Assist with implementing promotions, specials, and seasonal menu updates Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and compliance standardsQualifications 3-5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required Experience with Greek cuisine is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities Demonstrated history of maintaining high service and hospitality standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with POS systems and daily operational procedures Dependable, organized, and focused on achieving consistent results Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWhy Work With Us Competitive pay based on experience Supportive work environment Flexible scheduling Employee meals or discounts during shifts Exposure to authentic Greek cuisine and training in unique flavors and service styles
