water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. General Manager, B-Lux Restaurant Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a General Manager, B-Lux Restaurant. In this role, you'll be responsible for the management and overall success of the restaurant through leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You'll drive service standards, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will support our company promise - Lead with Love by creating a culture built on respect, support, accountability, and genuine care for both guests and team members. Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and positive encouragement, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality while fostering an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed together. Salary Range - $75,000k - $90,000k, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus
Hiring Timeline:
We are actively interviewing qualified candidates for this opportunity and encourage interested applicants to apply as soon as possible. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the position is filled, with an ideal start date targeted for September or October 2026. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations. Schedule labor, inventory, and cost control. Lead and mentor all front-of-house associates. Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment. Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development. What We're Looking For At least 3 years in a food and beverage management role in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or multi-unit restaurant. Experience with systems, consistent and evolving training, and P&L review. It's preferred that you have at least 2 years of directly related experience, including experience with craft cocktails.
