Job Description
The Echo Lake Inn is currently recruiting candidates for the positions of Dining Room Manager at our award winning Four and a half Star Restaurant and resort to work as part of our talented service team whose mission is to provide our customers with an exceptional lodging and culinary experience in an upscale relaxed environment. We are looking for seasoned professionals to fill these critical roles as a leader with a strong customer orientation. Hospitality experience working in an up-scale casual environment as well as serving and bar-tending are all relevant. You will be expected to schedule and manage staff as well as being involved in staffing decisions. Experience working banquets and special events would be beneficial , as well as the ability to multi-task with customers and staff members. We are more than willing to pay a competitive wage that is commensurate with your experience.
