Job Overview The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability. Essential Job functions- Responsible for the Daily Operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations as applicable.
- Training & Development of line level Colleagues and Managers to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.
- Purchasing, Invoicing and Coding.
- Manages schedule and payroll for employees.
- Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.
- Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence.
- Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of the service team.
- Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real-time.
- Ability to roll out and execute initial training as well as continuing education for colleagues.
- Guest Service Recoveries and Communication.
- Coaching in the moment to Service Colleagues for both celebrations and opportunities.
Pay Range:
60,000- 70,000 per year. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years ofprior Management experience required.
- Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros
