Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and event support personnel. Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Oversee the setup and presentation of dining areas, ensuring they meet quality standards. Train and mentor the front-of-house team on service and hospitality standards, systems, event protocols, and customer service. Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure all staff members are well-prepared for their roles. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service during service, addressing any issues promptly. Uphold American Flatbread Stowe's commitment to excellence and brand standards. Participate in weekly manager meetings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service. Qualifications Proven experience in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
