Job Description

Busy scratch kitchen in downtown Bellingham is looking for a reliable Kitchen Closer & Manager to help lead evening service and run a strong close. We're growing and adding new roles, with room to grow for the right person.
Responsibilities:
‣Lead night service and handle kitchen close ‣Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and organization ‣Support the team and keep things running smoothly What we're looking for: ‣Kitchen experience required (lead/closing experience a plus) ‣Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure ‣Comfortable taking ownership of night shifts
