WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead by example in both management and kitchen operations (minimum three cook shifts per week) Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations Coach and develop the kitchen and activities teams Manage inventory, ordering, and cash control Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service Collaborate with ownership and managers weekly to align on goals and initiatives Support local marketing efforts and community partnerships
