ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position Summary As an Assistant Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll help build a high-performing team by coaching leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities. What We're Looking For Positive attitude with a passion for developing others. Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food Handler Certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable. Reliable attendance. Flexible availability. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met. Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe. Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development. Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs. Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time. Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
