We are customer centric, fast paced yet casual work environment aiming to deliver high quality beverages direct to consumers efficiently, safely and quickly. Job Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. This position will oversee our fulfillment operations, lead two distinct operations with a team of up to 20 people. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee timely and accurate order processing, lead and develop a team of leads and associates, and help reach organizational KPIs. The Assistant Operations Manager will also help maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, support onboarding and training of operations staff, and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at scaling operations effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Day to day oversight of the operation, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment and cost management Analyzing and planning labor utilization, performance metrics, capacity, workflow and space requirements for optimal use of resources Ensuring maintenance of safe and efficient processes, implementing process improvements and other warehouse process changes Enforcement of policies and processes The ideal candidate showcases Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 2-5 years experience in operations, logistics or warehouse environment 1-2 years leadership experience Flexible schedule for backfilling critical roles when needed Technological proficiency and ability to learn different systems quickly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving Hands-on, willing to lead by example, and committed to supporting the operation whenever needed Strong people management skills and an ability to communicate across the organization Bonus if you have; Warehouse equipment experience; EPJ, Forklift, etc. SQL knowledge & understanding
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
