Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant and confectionery operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Supervise daily restaurant and confectionery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs Oversee POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Implement shift management procedures, including scheduling staff, overseeing food production, and ensuring timely service delivery Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, safety protocols, customer service techniques, and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively, including interviewing, training, and performance management Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles in hospitality settings Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food management processes Casual dining experience or banquet/catering background is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service Join us as an Assistant Manager where your energy fuels our success!
