Job Description
Serve as Store Manager of the EOT Marketplace 2-3 days per week, overseeing team performance, customer service, and operational execution. Provide guidance and mentorship to maintain high standards of performance and foster a positive work atmosphere. Working as part of a team Completing administrative paperwork accurately Cash reconciliation and deposits Managing labor on each shift Assisting with inventory as needed Basic troubleshooting of equipment and communicating issues/needs Proactively developing crew members including training, coaching and leading Goal Groups Utilizing Progressive Discipline practices and coaching crew members whenever necessary Maintaining security of the store at all times Ensuring that food product quality, customer service and cleanliness are up to or exceeding standards at all times
