Full-Time About Us Fiesta Mexican Restaurant is a well-established restaurant in the Tri-Cities community with 25 years of experience serving great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are proud to be a local favorite and a stable, long-standing business committed to quality, consistency, and hospitality. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, staff leadership, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older. High school diploma required; college education or hospitality-related studies preferred. Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to professionally and effectively resolve guest concerns and complaints. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of POS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth and efficient service flow. Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive and increase restaurant sales through strong leadership, service standards, upselling, and team performance. Ensure all servers actively promote menu items, daily specials, beverages, desserts, and add-on sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and service quality throughout the restaurant. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, standards, and training programs. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, deposits, and daily reconciliations. Prepare and manage employee schedules based on business needs while controlling labor costs. Monitor inventory levels, receiving procedures, product handling, and loss prevention practices. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions. Prepare operational reports, schedules, documentation, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time. Support restaurant marketing initiatives, community outreach, promotions, and special events to increase sales and guest traffic. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
Benefits Competitive pay:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour , depending on experience. Two (2) weeks of paid vacation. Complimentary meal during scheduled shifts. 401(k) retirement plan.
