Restaurant General Manager (RGM) - KFC / Taco Bell Lead Two Iconic Brands. Build Great Teams. Drive Outstanding Results. Are you an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead one of our dual-brand KFC/Taco Bell restaurants , where you'll oversee the operations of two of the world's most recognized quick-service restaurant brands under one roof. As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll operate your restaurant with an ownership mindset. You'll have the autonomy and accountability to drive success across four key areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit. This is more than managing a restaurant—it's leading a business, developing future leaders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving outstanding financial performance. What You'll Do People Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing management and restaurant team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture built on teamwork, respect, and operational excellence. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development opportunities. Ensure all team members are properly trained and consistently execute brand standards. Customers Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a customer-first culture. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure both KFC and Taco Bell brand standards are consistently executed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. Sales Drive restaurant sales through exceptional execution and local marketing initiatives. Analyze business trends, customer traffic, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Build strong community relationships to increase brand awareness and guest loyalty. Execute promotions and operational initiatives that maximize sales performance. Profit Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance and profitability. Effectively manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses. Develop accurate sales and labor forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and promotions. Utilize reporting and analytics to identify opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume dual-brand KFC/Taco Bell restaurant. Ensure outstanding execution of food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor productivity, and team performance. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and health department requirements. Lead by example, creating an engaging and motivating work environment. Collaborate with District Managers and support teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Continuously develop yourself and your team through coaching, training, and leadership development. What We're Looking For Qualifications High School Diploma required; College or University degree preferred. 2-4 years of restaurant or retail management experience with full Profit & Loss responsibility. Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial results and drive profitability. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Basic accounting and business math skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and restaurant operating systems. Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and brand standards.
