This is a fast-paced, high-octane leadership role where campus legacy meets sharp business execution. You will balance lucrative behind-the-bar service shifts with essential back-of-house administrative duties. Your mission is to protect our signature high-vibe atmosphere while maintaining strict control over costs, inventory, mechanical maintenance, and labor compliance in a legendary high-volume environment. Responsibilities 1. High-Volume Floor Leadership Command the floor from the front lines during intense peak periods, including home football game weekends, Mom's/Dad's Weekends, Graduation, and alumni events. Responsible for daily drawer counts, secure cash drops, change safe audits, and bank run preparation. 3. Inventory & Cost Control Conduct weekly inventory counts across all liquor, beer, and food supplies. Track shift waste, monitor draft system metrics, and audit discrepancies against vendor order records to maximize margins. 4. Administrative & Compliance Oversight Execute daily sales data entry and administrative reporting. Audit and moderate employee files to guarantee 100% compliance with Washington MAST permits, Food Worker Cards, and venue emergency protocols. 5. Team Training & Standards Enforcement Mentor, train, and motivate a dynamic, student-heavy bartending and barback team. Enforce Coug service standards, strict liquor law compliance, and internal policy enforcement to ensure a safe, efficient workplace. 6. Facility & Equipment Maintenance Lead the strict cleaning and preventative maintenance schedule for critical assets (including beer lines, ice machines, and fryers). Act as a self-directed problem solver capable of troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues independently on the fly.
